About Abbey - Energy Healer in Whitehorse, Yukon
​I began working professionally with clients in 2013, initially through Reiki and online energy sessions. In 2016, my work evolved into the focused, journey-style method I continue to offer today, which is a structured approach that combines altered-state awareness with clear, articulate interpretation.

Since that time, I’ve facilitated thousands of sessions with clients around the world through recorded, live, and in-depth private sessions. Years of repetition and refinement have strengthened my ability to recognize energetic patterns, navigate complex emotional landscapes, and describe subtle dynamics with clarity and nuance.

My sessions are active and engaged. I enter a focused state of awareness and speak continuously as symbolic imagery, emotional memory, and energetic patterns begin to surface. Clients are not left wondering what occurred - I describe what I’m perceiving in real time and translate it into grounded, practical insight.

Experiences may touch on subconscious imprinting, unresolved trauma, perceived spiritual presence, or themes that feel connected to past-life memory. I do not claim to control what appears. I interpret what presents itself and help you integrate it meaningfully into your lived experience.

Confidentiality is absolute. Whether working with individuals, families, or members of the same household, each session remains fully private.

I require payment in advance and maintain clear professional boundaries. Respect for time and mutual accountability are essential to the integrity of my practice.

I strongly support collaboration between spiritual work and medical care. Energy healing is not a replacement for professional healthcare, but rather a complementary perspective that can support emotional and energetic well-being.

My focus is empowerment. I do not aim to create dependency. My goal is to strengthen your clarity, discernment, and internal confidence so you feel capable navigating life independently.

About My Practice
After working internationally for many years, I am now establishing my practice locally in Whitehorse, Yukon.
​
Relocating has expanded the format of my sessions to include in-person and phone appointments, while the core method remains unchanged. I work with focused awareness, articulate interpretation, and structured energetic navigation, every time.
​
My global experience translates directly into local service. Human complexity does not change by geography. I bring the same level of professionalism, accountability, and clarity to this community that I have offered clients worldwide since 2013.
